New Theme!
It’s been a while, but I’m determined to renew this site for practical purposes. I’ve installed this new theme and will gradually experiment with the CSS, widgets, images, etc. Stay tuned!
Problem Solved
My last post described some difficulty with the site being slow. Problem solved. Thanks to some really great support from my hosting provider, Dreamhost, I disabled some WordPress plug-ins and presto! Slow Page Loads
I’m not sure what the problem is, but this site is experiencing some very slow page loads. I’ve contacted the host provider, downloaded a plug-in for caching, and appealed for help in the Word Press forums. My gut feeling is that it’s server-related.
