Here’s a one-page portfolio I had considered using for some time.  It’s simple, has fixed navigation, a contact form that uses PHP for validation, and room to list and link about nine portfolio items.  It could easily be transformed into a online resume.  It uses jQuery for scrolling, contact, and a “lightroom” effect for displaying images.
